The mixer Edge Collection by Ideal Standard receive the German design award for 2019.

The Edge Collection by Ideal Standard has conquered the jury of the German Design Award and deservedly received the prestigious design award.

The German Design Award is one of the most renown design contests in the world, and each year it distinguishes product design that is innovative in its own way and leaves a global footprint. The jury's decision was based on the striking design of EDGE, which speaks for itself. The jury's statement also states: "With its characteristic edges, which are an interesting contrast to the semicircular radii, the perfectly elegant and proportional armature immediately catches the eye."

"With EDGE, we have made a serious entry in the market for high class mixers, so we are honored by the German Design Award, the largest authority in German design and branding," says Mark Nagel of Ideal Standard Germany. "Along with good design, the mixers meet other important requirements of architects and designers in terms of quality and sustainability." The collection includes models of wall-hung and standing washbasin mixers, a bidet mixer, as well as mixers for shower and bathtub / shower, with different installation options.
